Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim

Only a few days of counting are left for Ramadan, then as soon as this holy month begins, you will feel that the mood of doing good has increased, the mosques will be almost full, the desire to read the Qur’an will develop. Ga, Taraweeh and night prayers will start, Suhoor and Iftar will be specially arranged, people will feel happy by giving charity and helping others. And then soon the Eid of Ramadan will come and then most people will go back to their old routine.

Thus, there are many virtues of Ramadan, but one of the greatest characteristics of this month is that in this month Allah revealed the Holy Quran. It has been revealed. As if this month has a special relationship with the Qur’an, it was the habit of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to revise the Qur’an with Jibreel (a.s.) in this month. Therefore, we should also not make this month special only for eating and drinking, waking up at night and doing some specific acts of worship, but we should try to make the most of this month.

Since during Ramadan, the major demons are locked away; Therefore, in this month we can do many things which we cannot do in other months even if we want to. So why not this time in the month of Ramadan let us do something that we can benefit from for the rest of our lives.

It is seen that every Muslim remembers so many surahs or so many parts of the Holy Qur’an that make his prayer correct; But this time in Ramadan, let us try to memorize some other part of the Holy Quran regularly; So that throughout the year we can continue to read them in our prayers and get more reward from Allah Ta’ala. It is mentioned in the hadith that on the Day of Resurrection, the person who remembers the Qur’an will be told to read the Qur’an and climb the stairs of Paradise, so your destination will be where you read the last verse. So why not remember more and more verses to get the highest level of heaven!

It is very possible that because of your busyness, someone thinks that where will you get so much time, so remember that there is no busyness more than memorizing the Qur’an, you don’t have to go anywhere to affect your busyness. Repeat the verses of Quran while sitting in your shop, repeat it while coming and going to the office, and if you don’t have time, take some time that it is for your hereafter.

Because of the excess of age, if someone has understood, where will he remember at this age! So let’s say that the brain that we have been using since our childhood is still in our body even in old age, the only problem is that we use it well in our childhood and youth, but in old age we use it well. Stop using. Otherwise, if you use it, then it will definitely work! Secondly, remember that the revelation of the Qur’an to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) began when he was 40 years old, and continued to be revealed for 23 years, at which time the Prophet (peace be upon him) was 63 years old. The Prophet ﷺ did not say to Allah that my age is 63 Years have passed and now it is difficult for me to remember the Quran. In the same way, see if all the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, believed in the Messenger of God, were they all young? We all know that it was not like that, but some accepted Islam in childhood, some in youth and some in old age, and it is not reasonable that one of the Companions accepted Islam in old age. What if he gave the excuse that I am old enough so it is not possible for me to memorize the verses of the Quran.

In the same way, in our society, it is generally said that children should not be burdened and they are prevented from memorizing the Qur’an on the basis that they will memorize it when they grow up. The problem is, are our children really so dull-minded and weak-minded that they can memorize and understand every single function of a mobile phone, difficult math calculations and the spelling of hundreds of English words, and As soon as they see the verses of the Qur’an, their minds will be lightened!

Therefore, first of all, accept that the Qur’an is very easy and Allah has made it easy, then after that, make a plan and memorize the Qur’an instead of sitting and memorizing it for hours in a single day. Start memorizing the verses, believe that this will not only make it possible for you to memorize the Qur’an; Rather you will have fun and enjoyment in it. Therefore, make an intention from today that, God willing, in this month of Ramadan, I will surely memorize so many verses or so many surahs of the Qur’an.

Now the question is how to make a plan and how to implement it? It is very likely that there will be different answers and everyone will have their own plan for it. Here we have presented only a few things related to memorizing the thirtieth day and then made a plan, with the help of which you can easily remember the whole thirtieth day of Ramadan along with all your work.

If you consider, you will know that there are 37 surahs in the thirtieth verse, and in terms of the 15-line Quran, there are 24 pages in this verse. If you look at the total lines, there are about 360 lines, but since each surah begins with the name of the surah, etc., and then a line of Bismillah, if these two lines are removed from the beginning of each surah, we only have 286. Lines are saved.

Then if you already memorized the last ten surahs of the Holy Quran, approximately 50 lines are reduced and now only 236 lines are left to memorize. If we take 30 days of Ramadan, it seems that you have to memorize only 8 or 9 lines in a day.

It can be configured as follows:

It is very possible that some verses of some surahs may seem difficult, but that’s okay; Because you have heard some verses of some surahs many times in prayers, which will not be difficult for you to remember. It’s like if you set out to travel by car from Delhi to Hyderabad, you know in advance how many days it will take, how much diesel or petrol it will take and where you have to stop and how many hours your journey will take. It will be fulfilled, it is very possible that the path will be damaged somewhere The speed of your car should be reduced; But the whole way will not be bad! Where the road is good, you can drive a bit faster and reach your destination on time. In the same way, in those surahs that you find difficult to memorize, give them a little more time and memorize more verses where they are easy.

A question may be, what is the best time to remember according to this order? Our advice for this is that if you are about to wake up for Suhoor, wake up 10 minutes earlier and memorize it at that time. Remember 15 minutes later. You also have to pray the Zuhr prayer, remember it for ten to fifteen minutes after the prayer, and likewise remember it for ten to fifteen minutes after the Asr prayer. The same routine will remain on the second day, however, before starting the lesson of the second day, repeat your previous lesson once more; So that it gets cooked.

Another big trouble is that on the one hand, it is our faith that the Qur’an is the book of Allah, and on the other hand, our injustice is that most of us do not know how to read it properly! will do special courses and special classes to learn to speak English like a British; But when it comes to reciting the Qur’an properly, then our pockets become starved. Here we would like to say only one thing that it is okay, if you do not know how to read the Qur’an as it should be read, then it does not matter.

The same routine will remain on the second day, however, before starting the lesson of the second day, repeat your previous lesson once more; So that it gets cooked.

But you can listen as you read! Think how easy Allah has made it for us through technology. On the other hand, you searched the name of a reciter in your phone etc. and his best recitation began to reach your ears. All you have to do is to try to recite the Qur’an exactly as that reader is reciting it. It is quite clear that a person, after a few days of practice, Sheikh Abdul Basit, Shaykh Siddique Manshawi or Shaykh Sudis etc. cannot become; But it is possible for him to correct his pronunciation by listening to the recitation of a good reciter. It is better to sit in front of a good reader and correct your pronunciation; But if this cannot be done, then at least an attempt should be made to correct it by listening to the recording of the Qur’an; Something is better than nothing.

Remember that when a season or festival comes, a wise businessman sees how he can profit, he does not think that I can earn as much as everyone else, or think that the previous It is enough if I earn as much as I had earned in the year; Rather, he wants and strives to make more profit this time than before and more than others. When a person can work so hard and strive for the benefit of the world that ends, how much work and effort should we work for the benefit of the hereafter and paradise! So, make an intention to act now and after Ramadan, evaluate yourself to see how many good deeds we have accumulated in the account of the Hereafter and how many good deeds we have missed.
